Hand board model, in general, hand board is one or several functional templates made first according to the product appearance drawings or structural drawings without opening the mold to check the rationality of appearance or structure. 一、手板模型按制造方式分為數控手板和手藝手板：

1、 According to the manufacturing mode, the handicraft model is divided into CNC handicraft and handicraft:

1、數控手板：其主要工作量是用數控機床完結的，而依據所用設備的不同，又可分為激光快速成形(RP,RapidPrototyping)手板和加工(CNC)手板。

1. CNC hand board: its main work is completed by CNC machine tools. According to the different equipment used, it can be divided into RP (rapid prototyping) hand board and CNC hand board.

2、手藝手板：其主要工作是用手藝完結的。

RP手板的優點主要表現在它的快速性上，可是它主要是經過堆積技能成型，因而RP手板一般相對粗糙，并且對產品的壁厚有必定要求，比方說壁厚太薄便不能出產。

The advantages of RP hand board mainly lie in its rapidity, but it is mainly formed by stacking skills, so RP hand board is generally relatively rough, and there are certain requirements for the product wall thickness, for example, the wall thickness is too thin to produce.

CNC手板模型的優點體現在它能非常準確的反映圖紙所表達信息，并且CNC手板外表質量高，特別在其完結外表噴涂和絲印后，乃比開模具后出產出來的產品還要光彩照人。因而，CNC手板加工愈來愈成為手板制造業的干流。

The advantage of CNC model is that it can accurately reflect the information expressed in the drawings, and the appearance quality of CNC model is high, especially after finishing the appearance spraying and silk screen printing, even more brilliant than the products produced after opening the mold. As a result, CNC handboard processing is becoming the main stream of handboard manufacturing industry.

手板按照制造所用的資料，可分為金屬手板、塑膠手板、硅膠手板：

According to the materials used in manufacturing, the hand board can be divided into metal hand board, plastic hand board and silica gel hand board:

1、金屬手板：其原資料為鋁鎂合金等金屬資料，主要是一些產品的手板，比方筆記本電腦、單放機、MP3播放機、CD機等等。
