濟南手板模型加工的方法

手板模型它本身不是量產的,一般情況下一次只能夠生產出來幾個或者幾十個產品,那要想再生產的話則需要開模,手板模型主要是為了考察產品的外在性能,讓生產商了解產品的可行性避免直接開模的龐大費用,所以手板模型并不要很多,以下給大家介紹手板制作有那些方案:

CNC手板模型綜合計算機輔助設計(CAD)、計算機輔助制造(CAM)、計算機數字控制(CNC)等技術,把計算機上構成的三維模型由整塊材料在CNC數控加工上雕銑而成,再配合精湛的手工處理,因此近代工業稱之為CNC手板模型。

SLA(StereolithogrphyApparatus)工藝也稱光造型或激光固化快速成型,由CharlesHul于1984年獲美國。1988年美國3DSystem公司推出商品化樣機SLA-I,這是世界上臺快速成型機。SLA各型成型機機占據著RP設備市場的較大份額。
SLA (stereolithography apparatus) process, also known as light modeling or laser curing rapid prototyping, was patented by Charles hul in 1984 in the United States. In 1988, 3dsystem company of the United States launched SLA-I, the first rapid prototyping machine in the world. SLA molding machines occupy a large share of RP equipment market.
真空注型(硅膠復模、翻模)
Vacuum injection (silica gel mold, turn over mold)
真空注型,又稱真空復模,即在真空條件下利用原型直接復制出產品。設計完善后的產品可通過各種加工方法如CNC、SLA等先得到原型,再通過原型復制得到產品。復制出來的產品精度高、強度好,為一完整整體,完全滿足設計需求的各種功能。適用于小批量的功能型零件的試制,減少直接開鋼模的成本和風險。
Vacuum injection molding, also known as vacuum re molding, is to use the prototype to directly copy the product under vacuum conditions. After the design is completed, the product can get the prototype first through various processing methods such as CNC, SLA, and then get the product through the prototype replication. The copied products have high precision and high strength, and are a complete whole, which fully meet the design requirements of various functions. It is suitable for trial production of small batch of functional parts and reduces the cost and risk of directly opening the steel mould.
