鋁合金手板模型的氧化工藝介紹
氧化和鍍漆都是做手板模型時常見的表面處理工藝,鍍漆是在手板的表面噴上一層油漆,只需客戶提供相應的潘通色號,手板廠家就能在手板表面噴上相應的色澤。而氧化則是將鋁合金手板浸泡在藥水中,讓藥水腐蝕到鋁合金手板里面,使之發生氧化反應,從而改變鋁合金手板的色澤。雖然氧化和鍍漆都是使手板的表面有色澤,但是它們之間還是有區別的,主要體現在以下這兩方面。
Oxidation and coating are common surface treatment processes when making prototype boards. Coating is the process of spraying a layer of paint on the surface of the prototype board. With the customer providing the corresponding Pantone color code, the prototype board manufacturer can spray the corresponding color on the surface of the prototype board. Oxidation, on the other hand, involves soaking the aluminum alloy hand board in a solution that corrodes it, causing it to undergo an oxidation reaction and changing the color of the aluminum alloy hand board. Although oxidation and coating both give the surface of the handboard a color, there are still differences between them, mainly reflected in the following two aspects.
針對的原料不一樣,鍍漆可以適用于做手板的很多原料——金屬、塑膠以及樹脂,而氧化是只有鋁合金手板才有的工藝。
The target materials are different, and coating can be applied to many materials used for making handboards - metal, plastic, and resin, while oxidation is a process that only aluminum alloy handboards have.
色澤的持久性不一樣,由于鍍漆只是在手板表面噴上一層油漆,隨著時間的流逝會有脫落的,而氧化是將鋁合金手板浸泡在藥水中,使表面形成一層氧化膜。由于氧化產生的氧化鋁是一種穩定的物質,很難與空氣中的氧化發生反應,所以表面的色澤比較穩定,不易脫落。氧化出來的色澤有金屬質感,看上去高端大氣上檔次,使用鍍漆的話,是無論如何也調不出那種作用來,鍍漆的色澤能夠達到與氧化出來的色澤有80%的相似度已經很不錯了。
The durability of the color is different, as the plating only sprays a layer of paint on the surface of the handboard, which will peel off over time. On the other hand, oxidation involves soaking the aluminum alloy handboard in a solution to form an oxide film on the surface. Due to the fact that aluminum oxide produced by oxidation is a stable substance that is difficult to react with oxidation in the air, the surface color is relatively stable and not easy to peel off. The oxidized color has a metallic texture, giving it a high-end, atmospheric and upscale appearance. If you use paint coating, it is impossible to achieve that effect. The color of paint coating can reach 80% similarity to the oxidized color, which is already very good.
通常情況下,不銹鋼和銅是不能氧化的,只有鋁合金才能發生氧化,但是不一樣的鋁合金材料,它們的氧化作用也各不相同,像鋁合金7075的氧化作用就不好,因為它的成分里面含有銅,通常以5和6開頭的鋁合金都可以氧化,而鋁合金6061-T6的氧化作用佳。氧化之前,通常需要噴砂,否則會影響鋁合金手板的美觀度;同樣,如果鋁合金手板表面拋高光就去氧化,就是高光的氧化作用。如果你要做的鋁合金手板是本色的話,只需打磨光滑,然后再進行噴砂。
Normally, stainless steel and copper cannot oxidize, only aluminum alloys can oxidize. However, the oxidation effect of different aluminum alloy materials is also different. For example, the oxidation effect of aluminum alloy 7075 is not good because it contains copper in its composition. Aluminum alloys starting with 5 and 6 can oxidize, while aluminum alloy 6061-T6 has better oxidation effect. Before oxidation, sandblasting is usually required, otherwise it will affect the aesthetic appearance of the aluminum alloy hand board; Similarly, if the surface of the aluminum alloy handboard is polished with highlights, it will undergo oxidation, which is the oxidation effect of the highlights. If the aluminum alloy handboard you want to make is in its natural color, just polish it smooth and then sandblasting it.
當鋁合金手板經過氧化后,生成的氧化鋁是一種比較穩定的物質,不會再次與空氣中的氧發生反應了,因此能長久的保持這種色澤。鋁合金手板氧化的目的主要有兩個:一是防止手板表面被腐蝕,二是提高手板的美觀度。
When aluminum alloy handboards are oxidized, the generated aluminum oxide is a relatively stable substance that will not react with oxygen in the air again, so it can maintain this color for a long time. The main purposes of aluminum alloy hand board oxidation are twofold: first, to prevent corrosion on the surface of the hand board, and second, to improve the aesthetics of the hand board.
