一步：選材

Step 1: material selection

制作一件金屬外殼，需要根據設備的使用環境和對防護需求的側重性進行外殼材質的選擇。鋁制殼體的優點是重量輕、散熱性好、導熱性強、可以壓鑄等，而缺點是堅固性要低于鐵質殼體，也偏高。鐵質外殼主要是鍍鋅板為主，優點是低廉、經久耐用、抗擠壓能力強，缺點主要是相對較重、耐腐蝕性差、散熱弱于鋁殼。

To make a metal shell, first of all, the shell material needs to be selected according to the service environment of the equipment and the emphasis on protection requirements. Aluminum shell has the advantages of light weight, good heat dissipation, strong thermal conductivity and die casting, while the disadvantage is that its firmness is lower than that of iron shell and the price is also high. The iron shell is mainly galvanized sheet, which has the advantages of low price, durability and strong extrusion resistance. The disadvantages are relatively heavy, poor corrosion resistance and weaker heat dissipation than aluminum shell.

二步：切割

Step 2: cutting

嘉瑞杰采用激光切割相應板材，通過程序設定使激光切割器將平面板材切割成所需形狀。而激光切割的優勢也表現在速度快效率高、高精 準度、成本更低等方面。

Jiaruijie uses laser to cut the corresponding plate, and enables the laser cutter to cut the plane plate into the required shape through program setting. The advantages of laser cutting are also reflected in high speed, high efficiency, high accuracy and lower cost.

三步：折彎與壓鉚

Step 3: bending and riveting

在板材被切割之后是簡單的折彎與壓鉚環節，將整體板材折彎后形成殼體形狀。

四步：表面處理

Step 4: surface treatment

之后是對殼體的表面防護處理，主要的有氧化、噴塑、金屬拉絲等方式來對殼體進行防腐蝕和防劃處理。

五步：印字

Step 5: Print

印字是對殼體進行企業logo或者產品信息功能的標識，目前嘉瑞杰采用絲印模板印刷和激光刻字兩種方式。

Printing is the identification of enterprise logo or product information function for the shell. At present, jiaruijie adopts two methods: silk screen template printing and laser engraving.

六步：質檢發貨

Step 6: quality inspection and delivery

嘉瑞杰采用兩道質檢程序，在各個流程中有過程檢，對展品進行各環節的監控，生產結束需要進行完檢。在出庫前將殘次品進行報廢或返工，做到99.9%的合格率。

Jiaruijie adopts two quality inspection procedures. There is process inspection in each process to monitor all links of the exhibits. The completion inspection is required at the end of production. Scrap or rework defective products before delivery to achieve 99.9% qualified rate.
