為什么手板加工精度存在差異?

濟南手板加工精度高,能夠準確地控制產品質量,再加上生產效率高,是現在很多大型的手板廠常用的手板加工方法。但手板的加工精度還是會存在差異,這其中的原因可以從以下幾個方面來分析。

1、尺寸精度
1. Dimensional accuracy
指加工后零件的實際尺寸與零件尺寸的公差帶的相符合程度。尺寸精度是用尺寸公差來控制的。尺寸公差是切削加工中零件尺寸允許的變動量。在基本尺寸相同的情況下,尺寸公差越小,則尺寸精度越高。
It refers to the conformity between the actual size of the part after machining and the tolerance zone center of the part size. Dimensional accuracy is controlled by dimensional tolerance. The dimensional tolerance is the allowable variation of the part size in machining. When the basic dimensions are the same, the smaller the dimensional tolerance, the higher the dimensional accuracy.
2、形狀精度
2. Shape accuracy
指加工后的零件表面的實際幾何形狀與理想的幾何形狀的相符合程度。評定形狀精度的項目有直線度、平面度、圓度、圓柱度、線輪廓等6項。形狀精度是用形狀公差來控制的,各項形狀公差,除圓度、圓柱度分13個精度等級外,其余均分12個精度等級。1級高,12級低。
It refers to the degree to which the actual geometric shape of the machined part surface conforms to the ideal geometric shape. The evaluation items of shape accuracy include straightness, flatness, roundness, cylindricity, line profile, etc. The shape accuracy is controlled by the shape tolerance. Except for the 13 accuracy levels of roundness and cylindricity, all the shape tolerances are equally divided into 12 accuracy levels. Level 1 high, level 12 low.
3、位置精度
3. Position accuracy
指加工后零件有關表面之間的實際位置精度差別。評定位置精度的項目有平行度、垂直度、傾斜度、同軸度、對稱度、位置度、圓跳動和全跳動等八項。位置精度是用位置公差來控制的,各項目的位置公差亦分為12個精度等級。
It refers to the actual position accuracy difference between the relevant surfaces of the parts after machining. The items for evaluating the position accuracy include parallelism, perpendicularity, inclination, coaxiality, symmetry, position, circular runout and total runout. The position accuracy is controlled by the position tolerance, and the position tolerance of each project is also divided into 12 accuracy levels.
4、刀具:加工機所用的刀一般是鎢鋼刀,這種刀一般使用幾次之后,刀會有磨損,這樣在刀的方面也存在誤差。
4. Cutter: The cutter used by the machining machine is generally tungsten steel cutter. After using this cutter for several times, the cutter will be worn, so there are errors in the cutter.
5、人工對刀:如果有對刀儀,在對刀方面就不會有問題。但很多小型手板廠,為了節約成本,在選擇機器的時就會選擇沒有對刀儀,只能人工對刀,所以人員方面又有公差。為了保證手板模型的精度,在手板加工設備上面安裝對刀儀,不僅能夠精準對刀,而且大大提高了工作效率。
5. Manual tool setting: If there is a tool setting instrument, there will be no problem in tool setting. However, in order to save costs, many small handicraft factories will choose to have no tool setting instrument when selecting machines, and only set tools manually, so there is a tolerance in terms of personnel.
