真空復模手板的優缺點對比

在手板行業,真空復模是一種常見的加工方式,主要用于塑膠手板小批量的定制,一般數量在幾十個到上百個的塑膠手板,采用真空復模的方式來加工是比較劃算的。但是對手板外觀以及精度要求非常高的客戶,是不會采用真空復模來做的。為什么會出現這兩種不同的情況,主要是因為真空復模手板有它的優缺點,下面就跟大家詳細介紹一下。
In the hand board industry, vacuum molding is a common processing method, which is mainly used for small batch customization of plastic hand boards. Generally, it is more cost-effective to use vacuum molding for processing dozens to hundreds of plastic hand boards. The customer's requirements for the precision of the vacuum plate are very high, but the appearance of the vacuum plate is not very high. The reason why these two different situations occur is mainly because the vacuum replica hand board has its advantages and disadvantages. Let's introduce them in detail below.
真空復模手板的缺點:
Disadvantages of vacuum replica hand board:
1、縮水、易變形,由于真空復模利用的是熱脹冷縮的原理,如果我們按照客戶圖紙上面的尺寸去做手板,等硅膠模具內的液態冷卻后,勢必會收縮一些,從而導致變形。一般采用真空復模的方式來做手板,做硅膠模具的時候,都要做得比尺寸上面的大一點??杉幢闶沁@樣,真空復模出來的手板誤差還是比較大,通常在0.2mm甚更大。
1. Shrink and easy to deform. Because the vacuum re molding uses the principle of thermal expansion and cold contraction, if we make the hand board according to the size on the customer's drawing, after the liquid in the silicone mold cools, it is bound to shrink, resulting in deformation. Generally, the hand board is made by vacuum compound mold. When making silica gel mold, it should be a little larger than the size above. But even so, the hand board error of vacuum replica is still relatively large, usually 0.2mm or more.
2、耐高溫性能低,由于真空復模的材料是液態的,經過高溫加熱再冷卻而成,因此在性能方面比不上直接才板材上加工出來的。通常CNC加工出來的手板,在耐高溫方面能達到100度左右,而真空復模出來的手板,只能耐60度左右的高溫。除此之外,真空復模出來的手板,在強度、硬度這些方便也比不上CNC加工出來的手板。
2. The high-temperature resistance is low. Because the material of vacuum compound mold is liquid and is heated and cooled at high temperature, it is inferior to that processed directly on the plate in terms of performance. Generally, the hand board processed by CNC can withstand about 100 degrees in terms of high temperature, while the hand board produced by vacuum re molding can only withstand about 60 degrees. In addition, the strength and hardness of the hand board made by vacuum molding are not as convenient as those made by CNC.
真空復模的優點:

俗話說“一俊遮百丑”,盡管真空復模出來的手板有那么多缺點,但是它的便宜。通常用CNC加工需要幾百元的手板,采用真空復模只需幾十元就可以了,所以還是有很多資金不充足的人愿意采用這種方式來加工。
As the saying goes, "a handsome person conceals a hundred ugly people". Although the hand board produced by vacuum molding has so many disadvantages, it is cheap. Usually, it takes hundreds of yuan to process the hand board with CNC, and only tens of yuan to use vacuum mold. Therefore, many people with insufficient funds are willing to process it in this way.
