產品平面設計完成或者一個新產品圖紙完成后,在投放市場前,會做此產品的市場效益分析,或者要確認圖紙與實物是否有差別或者設計是否合理,手板制作是企業必不可免的一道工序。

什么是手板呢?簡單來說。手板就是在沒有開模具的前提下,根據產品設計或者結構圖紙先做一個或者多個模型,來檢查外觀或者結構合理性的功能樣板,其實就是打印設計產品的樣板。

一、CNC手板制作
1、 CNC hand board making
CNC是電腦數控的機床按編號的程序用一塊整版挖掘而成。CNC使用的是Mastercam系統,主要是用來控制CNC刀路。CNC數控銑床專門用來加工一些方的,不規則的物件,而車床則是加工圓的物件。CNC可以加工一些比較大的工件??梢赃_到1800*900*600。相對SLA較便宜,滿足手板的種類很多。
CNC is a CNC machine tool excavated from a whole page according to the numbered program. CNC uses MasterCAM system, which is mainly used to control CNC tool path. CNC milling machine is specially used to process some square and irregular objects, while lathe is used to process round objects. CNC can process some large workpieces. It can reach 1800 * 900 * 600. Compared with SLA, it is cheaper and meets many types of hand boards.
CNC手板優勢:韌性好,張度高,成本低,材料可選擇性廣泛。
Advantages of CNC hand board: good toughness, high tension, low cost and wide material selectivity.
二、復模(真空灌注)
2、 Re molding (vacuum pouring)
復模就是利用原有的樣板,在真空狀態下制作出硅膠模具,并在真空狀態下采用PU材料進行澆注,從而克隆出與原版相同的,比原樣板耐高溫,強度硬度都好的復制件。
Replica is to use the original template to make a silica gel mold in vacuum, and pour it with PU material in vacuum, so as to clone the replica which is the same as the original and has better high temperature resistance, strength and hardness than the original template.
如果客戶要求做幾套或是幾十套時,適合用這種方法,這樣大大降低了成本。 真空復模出來的產品樣板有一定比率的縮水,真空復制產品樣板成本一般來說會相對CNC低,即CNC加工多套樣板的比CNC加工1套后再進行真空復模的低(對復模出來的樣辦材質有特殊要求的除外);
If the customer requires several sets or dozens of sets, it is suitable to use this method, which greatly reduces the cost. The product template produced by vacuum copying has a certain shrinkage rate. Generally speaking, the cost of vacuum copying product template will be lower than that of CNC, that is, the price of multiple sets of templates processed by CNC is lower than that of vacuum copying after one set processed by CNC (unless there are special requirements for the material of the samples produced by copying);
復模材料有:普通PU:較脆,韌性;透明PU:原材料較好,但是貴的;類橡膠PU;8400軟膠。
The compound mold materials are: ordinary Pu: relatively brittle and ductile; Transparent Pu: raw materials are good, but the price is expensive; Rubber like Pu; 8400 soft glue.
通過真空復模的技術可以有兩種用途:
There are two uses of vacuum compound molding technology:
1、進行小批量的產品樣品生產;
1. Carry out small batch product sample production;
2、改變材質;可以將由石膏油泥雕刻的樣板通過復模改變,到易于后續加工處理的PU或POLY的材質,或是將ABS材質改變為有特殊要求的材質(如:要求透明的、耐高溫的、高強度的、或橡膠特性的等等)。
2. Change the material; The template carved by gypsum oil mud can be changed to Pu or poly material that is easy to be processed later, or ABS material can be changed to material with special requirements (such as transparent, high temperature resistant, high strength, or rubber characteristics, etc.).
三、3D打印手板
3、 3D printing hand board
3D打印是快速成型技術的一種,它是一種以數字模型文件為基礎,運用粉末、線性塑料或液態樹脂材料,通過逐層打印的方式來構造物體的技術
3D printing is a kind of rapid prototyping technology. It is a technology that uses powder, linear plastic or liquid resin materials to construct objects by printing layer by layer based on digital model files

3D打印手板和以上兩種工藝對比,主要的優勢在于:

1、手板樣品制作速度快

一般來說利用SLA工藝打印手板的速度是CNC制作手板速度的3倍,所以小件,小批量手板制作選擇3D打印。
Generally speaking, the speed of printing hand board by SLA process is three times that of CNC hand board, so 3D printing is selected for small piece and small batch hand board production.
2、3D打印機全流程自動加工,手板制作精度高,模型誤差小,誤差可控制在±0.05mm

3D打印手板全程不需要人為干預,這就避免了因人為因素造成的誤差,CNC手板制作容易出現手板變形問題。
