手辦模型機械加工中的拉刀機構!

在手辦模型加工,主軸還應具備一套拉刀系統以裝卸刀具,大體上分為液壓、氣動、機械三種。沿襲傳統的手辦模型加工機床裝刀方式,機械式僅僅以一根貫穿主軸內部的螺桿來擰緊刀具,它的動力來自于主軸尾部的拉刀電動機,這個拉力是有力矩監控的,當拉刀拉力達到設定值時裝刀模式關閉。相對于前面的刀具,也是不需要拉釘的。

而手辦模型機械加工數控機床的液壓與氣壓拉刀機構都比較煩瑣,機械零件加工廠在主軸尾部既要裝拉刀油缸,又要安裝主軸噴霧、噴水、噴氣機構,在設計制造上成本會高出很多。

在手辦模型加工的實際應用中,刀具有時候會松,如果確認刀具拉釘沒有松的話,就是拉爪松了,操作人員可以給它擰緊,但要自制一個小工具。因為拉爪后邊都有一個調整拉爪前后位置的螺帽,它是可以旋緊的,做成一個可以旋緊它的長柄小叉子,這樣問題就解決了。
In the practical application of manual model processing, the cutting tool is sometimes loose. If it is confirmed that the pulling nail of the cutting tool is not loose, the claw is loose. The operator can tighten it, but a small tool should be made by himself. Because there is a nut at the back of the claw to adjust the front and rear position of the claw, it can be tightened to make a long handle fork that can be tightened, so the problem is solved.
