光固化成型工藝,也常被稱為立體光刻成型,是比較早發展起來的快速成型技術。它以光敏樹脂為原料,通過計算機控制紫外激光使其凝固成型。這種方法能簡捷、全自動地制造出歷來各種加工方法難以制作的復雜立體形狀。下面來講講山東快速成型光固化成型技術的成型過程及特點。
UV curing process, also known as stereo lithography, is a relatively early developed rapid prototyping technology. It uses photosensitive resin as raw material and is solidified by computer controlled ultraviolet laser. This method can easily and automatically produce complex three-dimensional shapes that have been difficult to produce by various processing methods. 光固化成型工藝的成型過程:

液槽中盛滿液態光敏樹脂,氦-鎘激光器或氬離子激光器發出的紫外激光束在控制系統的控制下按零件的各分層截面信息在光敏樹脂表面進行逐點掃描,使被掃描區域的樹脂薄層產生光聚合反應而固化,形成零件的一個薄層。
The liquid tank is filled with liquid photosensitive resin. Under the control of the control system, the ultraviolet laser beam from the helium-cadmium laser or argon ion laser scans the surface of the photosensitive resin point by point according to the information of each layer section of the part, so that the thin layer of the resin in the scanned area can be solidified by photopolymerization reaction, forming a thin layer of the part.
一層固化完畢后,工作臺下移一個層厚的距離,以使在原先固化好的樹脂表面再敷上一層新的液態樹脂,刮板將粘度較大的樹脂液面刮平,然后進行下一層的掃描加工,新固化的一層牢固地粘結在前一層上,如此重復直整個零件制造完畢,得到一個三維實體原型。
After the first layer is cured, the workbench moves down a layer of thickness to make a new layer of liquid resin on the surface of the previously cured resin. The scraper scrapes the liquid level of the resin with high viscosity, and then carries out the scanning processing of the next layer. The newly cured layer is firmly bonded to the previous layer. Repeat until the whole part is manufactured, and a three-dimensional solid prototype is obtained.

成型過程自動化程度高。SLA系統非常穩定,加工開始后,成型過程可以完全自動化,直原型制作完成。

尺寸精度高。SLA原型的尺寸精度可以達到±0.1mm。
High dimensional accuracy. The dimensional accuracy of SLA prototype can reach ± 0.1mm.
優良的表面質量。雖然在每層固化時側面及曲面可能出現臺階,但上表面仍可得到玻璃狀的效果。
Excellent surface quality. Although steps may appear on the side and surface of each layer during curing, the upper surface can still get a glass-like effect.
可以制作結構十分復雜的模型。
You can make models with very complex structures.
可以直接制作面向熔模精密鑄造的具有中空結構的消失型。
It can directly produce the lost foam with hollow structure for investment casting.
