光固化快速成型系統和激光選區燒結快速成型系統是在手板模型制作應用上的主要兩種加工方式。那么這兩種快速成型有什么相同點和不同點呢??

一、兩種快速成型技術的相同點

這兩種成型技術的原理都是非常相似的,另外都是作為手板模具制作用不可缺少的技術,在工業設計上也是應用的方法。

光固化快速成型系統所用的材質是粉末狀的物質激光選區燒結快速成型系統所采用的一種液態形狀的光敏樹脂,光固化快速成型系統優點在于,凡是可以溶解的所有粉末狀的物質,都是可以用來制造原型或者模型的,所制造出來的產品都是可以用作產品的首樣測試和結構組裝件的。所以激光選區燒結法可以利用的材質非常廣泛,比如說尼龍材質,比如說PC材質,比如說其他的臘粉,甚有些五金的材質都是可以做到的。
